Baking- to be handed in before leaving school (so in a container-Ice cream container is best)
Medication-to be handed in before leaving school (in a clear plastic bag with name and instructions)

Hi 

New Horizons is fast approaching- We leave next Wednesday promptly at 730am from the backfields. That means your child needs to be there half an hour early please. The school is asking parents not providing transport to drop their children off at Morrinsville Road to ease the traffic.

We will be returning to school on the Friday at around 330pm. Again please ensure you are there at this time to pick up your children. You will be contacted about any changes and we will post them on the New Horizon blog. berkleyatwaitomo.blogspot.com which should be up and running in the next few days. 

Depending on the reception out at Waitomo, we will endeavour to keep you updated on daily activities, along with photos through the blog.

If you have a large tent we can borrow for the week, can you please let me know today. Also, if anyone has a trailer and/or a car that can tow one (who is providing transport), please can you also let me know today.

There will be a meeting for all parents coming along on ANY day tomorrow(Thursday) afternoon at 5pm in Room 20. Please, can you try be there as there is some important information to go out. Can you also please email me back and confirm which days you are coming out along with how many seats you have for students (if on Wednesday or Friday)

All the students should by now have picked up a Waitomo booklet with the gear list in it. If they have not, please ask them to do so tomorrow.
